As the pastor of Prentiss First Missionary Baptist Church in Prentiss, Mississippi, he has spent years preaching the Gospel, inspiring believers, and encouraging individuals to develop a closer relationship with God through prayer, worship, and devotion.
In addition to his faith background, Pastor Barnes is a 28-year law enforcement and judicial professional, bringing extensive experience in justice, safety, and leadership. As the founder of AndHe Solutions LLC, a consulting business committed to providing faith-based and professional guidance in personal development and judicial safety, he equips individuals with biblical wisdom and practical strategies to navigate both their spiritual and professional journeys.
Pastor Barnes is also the founder of AndHe Publishing LLC, a publishing company dedicated to cultivating and developing digital and physical books, journals, planners, and other resources that uplift, educate, and inspire. Through AndHe Publishing, he helps bring meaningful content to life, ensuring that faith-based and professional materials reach those who need them most. His greatest joy comes from serving God, leading his family, and empowering others to walk boldly in their faith.
